Abstract

Additional information has been obtained on the possibility of the pathogenic role of aspergillar infection in initiating and maintaining inflammatory processes in children with persistent and chronic inflammation of the respiratory tract. Endoscopic examination with microscopy and cultural investigation of the pathological secretion of the respiratory tract permits to verify the diagnosis and carry out a targeted antimycotic therapy.
