Abstract

The article is devoted to the systematization of the main approaches to the study of neologisms and refinement of the prospects for further development of neology. The author analyzes the results of solving cognitive neology, which was scheduled at the end of the 2000-s.The goal is create a typology of verbal and cognitive operations involved in the creation of new words. It specifies the distinction between cognitive and psycholinguistic areas in the research of innovation. It describes the three branches of communicative approach: functional neology, pragmatic neology and dynamic version of sociolinguistic neology. Also were outlined the monitoring tasks of diversion approach. The potential of new word-formation models and techniques which were revealed by the stylistic approach was revealed.

Статья посвящена систематизации основных подходов к изучению неологизмов и уточнению перспектив дальнейшего развития неологии. Анализируются результаты решения задач когнитивной неологии, намеченных в конце 2000-х гг. Ставится цель создания типологии речемыслительных операций, вовлеченных в создание новых слов. Уточняются различия между когнитивным и психолингвистическим направлениями в изучении инноваций. Характеризуются три ветви коммуникативного направления: функциональная неология, прагматическая и социолингвистическая в ее динамическом варианте. Намечаются мониторинговые задачи деривационного направления. Раскрывается потенциал новых словообразовательных моделей и приемов, выявленных стилистическим направлением.
