Abstract

Представлена геометрическая модель изотермического стесненного деформирования анизотропной листовой заготовки, закрепленной по контуру, в прямоугольную матрицу в режиме кратковременной ползучести. Приведены основные уравнения и соотношения для определения напряженного и деформированного состояний анизотропной листовой заготовки при стесненном ее формоизменении в прямоугольную матрицу.

The geometrical model of isothermal stringent deforming of the sheet anisotropic piece fixed by edge in rectangle profiled die in the mode of short durated creeping conditions is presented. The basic relationships for the stressed and deformed states definitions of anisotropic piece in the stringent deforming process to rectangle profiled die are provided.
