Административная реформа в Хабаровском крае: результаты и проблемы

Abstract

На примере Хабаровского края анализируются результаты административной реформы по следующим направлениям: регламентация государственных и муниципальных услуг (функций); предоставление информации о государственных услугах, оказываемых в электронной форме; организация предоставления услуг по принципу «одного окна»; оптимизация функций органов исполнительной власти и др. Показано, что в целом позитивное развитие административной реформы в Хабаровском крае не лишено ряда проблем.
