
In this article we try to research the problems of the determination and evaluation of possible ways to improve the staff quality in the quality management system on the base of their classification. The article differentiates the possibilities to improve the quality of work from the improvement of business and personal characteristics. The article offers to introduce the system staff audit. The authors show different criteria of the staff satisfaction evaluation. The article also offers measures to improve the motivation system.
Исследованы вопросы выявления и оценки резервов повышения качества персонала подразделений системы менеджмента качества на основе создания их подробной классификации, разграничения резервов повышения качества труда и совершенствования деловых и личностных характеристик исполнителей. Рассматривается проблема внедрения системы аудита персонала, многокритериальной оценки удовлетворенности сотрудников, улучшения системы мотивации.
