In article the spheres of the public relations subjected administrative legal to influence are investigated. By means of studying of the various points of view the concept of «public administration» of wide and narrow understanding comes to light. The author allocates the characteristic signs inherent in the given type of social management.

В статье исследуются сферы общественных отношений, подвергаемые административно-правовому воздействию. Посредством изучения различных точек зрения выявляется понятие «государственное управление» в широком и узком понимании. Выделяются характерные признаки, присущие данному виду социального управления.
