Abstract

Во время оперативного лечения травмы периферического нерва в эксперименте были использованы инновационные технологии в виде высокочастотной (ВЧ) сварки живых тканей и в послеоперационном периоде фармакологическая коррекция препаратом Траумель С. Для анализа результатов применяли метод электронной микроскопии, который позволил изучить нейроглиальные взаимоотношения чувствительных сегментарных центров травмированных периферических нервов экспериментальных животных. Выявлено, что применение в эксперименте ВЧ-электросварочной технологии во время операций на травмированных периферических нервах и препарата Траумель-С в раннем послеоперационном периоде стимулирует чувствительные нейроны сохранять жизнеспособность после после травмы и ее хирургической коррекции.
