Abstract

The article deals with the problem of legal regulation of store confidential information about the patient and the protection of personal data of patients and medical specialists in the implementation of a new direction in the provision of medical services.

Статья посвящена проблеме правового регулирования сохранения конфиденциальной информации о больном и охране персональных данных пациентов и врачей-специалистов при реализации нового направления в предоставлении медицинских услуг.
