The article analyzes the jurisprudence of the different responsibilities of customs representative, his disputes with the represented person. The conclusion of the feasibility of introducing provisions to the Civil Code on the agreement on customs representation, as well as the conditions of civil liability of the parties is justified.

В статье анализируется судебная практика различных аспектов ответственности таможенного представителя, его споров с представляемыми лицами. Обосновывается вывод о целесообразности включения в Гражданский кодекс РФ положений о договоре о таможенном представительстве, а также условиях гражданско-правовой ответственности сторон договора.
