Анализ возможностей использования коллоидного серебра для формирования нового поколения моюще-дезинфецирующих средств в сельском хозяйстве и пищевой промышленности

Abstract

Разработана технология получения инновационного моюще-дезинфицирующего средства на основе минерализата молочной сыворотки и коллоидного серебра для санитарной обработки технологического оборудования и тары на предприятиях молочной промышленности и сельского хозяйства. Показаны преимущества использования коллоидного серебра в качестве антимикробного агента и минерализата молочной сыворотки в качестве моющей основы в составе моюще-дезинфицирующего средства.
