Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of application of locked intramedullary osteosynthesis in diaphyseal fractures of the femur and tibia in 52 patients aged 14–17 years is presented. Application of this technique provides early rehabilitation with good anatomo-functional results in teenagers.

В статье представлен анализ применения блокируемого внутрикостного остеосинтеза при диафизарных переломах бедренной и большеберцовой костей у 52 пациентов в возрасте 14–17 лет. Применение методики обеспечивает раннюю реабилитацию с хорошими анатомо-функциональными результатами у подростков.
