Abstract

Улучшить результаты хирургического лечения больных с различными формами распластанности переднего отдела стопы, осложненной вальгусной деформацией I пальца. Представлен анализ материалов предоперационного планирования и послеоперационного лучевого мониторинга больных с распластанностью переднего отдела стопы в сочетании с вальгусной деформацией первого пальца. В исследование включено 235 больных. Предложен алгоритм оценки степени деформации и критерии выбора метода реконструкции стоп. Для оценки проведенного оперативного лечения использован критерий American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society и рентгенометрические показатели. В предоперационном периоде уровень AOFAS поставлял 42,64±2,13, а в послеоперационном периоде 91,32±7,87 (p
