Особенности физической и тактико-технической подготовленности юношей и девушек, занимающихся вольной борьбой

Abstract

This article proposed the model of tactical and technical training, and the rational planning of the training loads taking into account the morphological and functional characteristics of the organism of the athletes involved in freestyle wrestling. The recommendations and optimal range of techniques that can be most effectively used in the competitions have been developed.

В работе предложена модель тактико-технической подготовки и, рациональному распределению тренировочных нагрузок, учитывающие морфофункциональные особенности организма спортсменок занимающихся вольной борьбой. Разработаны рекомендации и оптимальный круг приёмов, которые могут быть с наибольшей эффективностью использованы на соревнованиях.
