Урбанистические тенденции в маркетинге

Abstract

The problems of study of urban processes in the consumer market are considered in this paper. Differentiation of the consumer expenses of town-dwellers is revealed. The models of the influence of town size on the level of development of consumer market are constructed for the first time in practice of demographic marketing. The urban regularities are revealed in the age structure of population and demographic load of consumer market. The grouping method and the methods of variation and correlation analysis are used in this work. The paper is illustrated by graphs and diagrams.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы исследования урбанистических процессов на потребительском рынке. Выявлена дифференциация потребительских расходов городских жителей. Впервые в практике демографического маркетинга построены модели влияния размера города на уровень развития потребительского рынка. Урбанистические закономерности выявлены в возрастной структуре населения и демографической нагрузке потребительского рынка. В работе использованы методы группировок, вариационного и корреляционного анализа. Статья иллюстрирована графиками и диаграммами
