В работе рассматривается реализация идеи создания для несовершеннолетних правонарушителей специальных учебно-воспитательных учреждений образовательно-исправительного характера в России советского периода.This article is devoted on the questions of implementation of the idea of creation for juvenile offender a special educational houses with correctional nature in the USSR and modern Russia.
