Abstract

The study of gold thypomorphism of two alluvial areas of the South America revealed that gold of Maranon River (Peru) basin has features of long-term and long-distance transfer. Gold had been formed from primary sources of different genetic types. Gold Mineralization of the district La-Carolina (Argentina) was formed at the expense of closely located primary sources of epithermal type. Identified characteristics allow us to estimate the alluvial potential of the areas studied.
