Пути реализации принципов морского пространственного планирования в технологической платформе «Освоение океана»

Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы морского пространственного планирования (МПП), приводятся результаты исследований возможных механизмов реализации принципов МПП на основе различных организационных структур. В качестве одной из структур рассматривается технологическая платформа (ТП) «Освоение океана», инициаторами и участниками которой являются научные, производственные, образовательные учреждения и общественные организации. Проведён анализ участия в ТП Российского государственного гидрометеорологического университета (РГГМУ) в области морского приборостроения и информационных технологий в освоении Мирового океана.

There are considering problems of Sea Space Planning (SSP), are presenting results of research of possible mechanisms of SSP principles realization on base of different organizing structures. As one of structure is considering Tekhnological platform (TP) “Mastering of Ocean”. Initiators and participants of the platform are scientific, industrial, educational enterprises and public organizations. Analisis of Russian State Hydrometeorological University (RSHMU) participation in field of marine device-designing and information technologies of ocean mastering is presented.
