Нейропротективный эффект Актовегина и цитиколина in vitro: влияние на внутриклеточные деструктивные процессы, индуцированные ишемией

Abstract

Исследованы нейропротекторные свойства Актовегина и цитиколина в культуре клеток, полученных из мозжечка 7-дневных крыс и подвергнутых цитотоксическому действию глутамата. Деструкции зернистых нейронов мозжечка, вызываемой глутаматом (250 мкМ), препятствовал Актовегин в концентрации 1 мг/мл. Цитиколин оказывал выраженный нейропротекторный эффект в концентрациях 1, 10 и 25 мг/мл. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о возможной перспективе практического использования указанных лекарственных средств в клинике неврологических заболеваний (ишемический инсульт, хорея Гентингтона, болезнь Паркинсона и др.), одним из патогенетических факторов которых является нейроцитотоксическое действие глутамата.
