This article is devoted to the question of IPO by Ukrainian companies as a factor of competitiveness of national economy in-creasing. In the paper constraints and factors stimulating the process of initial public offerings by technology SWOT-analysis, are considered, the impact of corporate governance on the success of the IPO in Ukraine is described and problems and pros-pects of an IPO in Ukraine after the global financial crisis are considered.

Статья посвящена вопросу первичного размещения акций украинскими компаниями как фактора повышения кон-курентоспособности национальной экономики. В статье рассмотрены сдерживающие и стимулирующие факторы процесса первичного размещения акций посредством техники SWOT -анализа, описано влияние корпоративного управления на успех проведения IPO в Украине и раскрыты проблемы и перспективы IPO в Украине после мирового финансового кризиса.
