Критерии оценки профессиональной компетентности будущего технолога общественного питания

Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены возможности реализации мониторинга, позволяющего накапливать и систематизировать данные по динамике формирования профессиональной компетентности технолога общественного питания в процессе обучения в высшей школе. Определены критерии и уровни сформированности профессиональной компетентности технолога общественного питания в рамках дисциплины «Организация питания в ресторанах, гостиницах и туристических комплексах».

This article discusses the possibilities of monitoring to collect and systematize information on the dynamics of formation of the professional competence of the technologist of catering during training in high school. The criteria and levels of professional competence of the technologist of catering within the discipline of «Food in restaurants, hotels and tourist complexes» are determined.
