Abstract

Продемонстрированы результаты исследования, цель которого проследить динамику представлений о деловой этике у разных поколений россиян. В качестве респондентов выступали 134 человека: представители взрослого поколения (45-79 лет) и молодежи России (19-25 лет). В качестве основного метода исследования использован метод опроса, заключающийся в заполнении респондентами специально подготовленного опросника, в котором использована методика «Этика делового взаимодействия». В работе применен факторный анализ по методу главных компонент, в результате чего получено 5 факторов: «Ориентация на личностные взаимоотношения», «Деловая стратегия», «Представление о руководителе», «Демонстрация личностных характеристик в процессе работы», «Ориентация на долгосрочную перспективу». Также установлено, что между группами молодых и взрослых респондентов имеют место значимые различия по факторам «Ориентация на личностные взаимоотношения», «Деловая стратегия», «Представление о руководителе».

The goal of research presented in the article is to follow the dynamics of change in the perceptions of business ethics among different generations of Russians. The respondents were 134 participants: representatives of older generations (45-79 years) and youth of Russia (19-25 years). As the primary research method is used survey method consisting in filling specially prepared questionnaire, in which is used the method of “Ethics of business interaction”. The work applied factor analysis by the principal component method, as a result of which we obtained 5 factors: “The focus on personal relationships”, “Business strategy”, “Presentation on head”, “The demonstration of personal characteristics in the process”, “Focus on the long-term future”. It's also found that between groups of young and adult respondents are significant differences in the factors “Focus on personal relationships”, “Business strategy”, “Presentation on the head”.
