Abstract

The optimization of optical information processing in correlative extremal optical measurement systems is considered. The problem of compression and signal coding during digital image processing is analyzed. In the article the coding and image restoration method based on orthogonal transformations is also posed. This method allows to resolve the image into the spectrum of bivariate basis function and reconstruct it effectively using spectrum components.
