Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены вопросы разработки и реализации IBIS-моделей для высокочастотных сверхбольших интегральных схем (СБИС), предложены математические модели для их описания. Рассмотрена целесообразность IBIS в моделировании цифровых устройств. Дана оценка различным САПР, позволяющим проверить синтаксис и оценить правильность работы IBIS-модели
