Abstract

В статье анализируются акмеологические условия и факторы способствующие достижению высокого профессионализма и деятельности личности. Акмеологические условия объективны и включают в себя внешнюю и внутреннюю составляющие, реализация которых организует гармоничные условия деятельности работника. Условия предшествуют и складываются параллельно профессиональному становлению, в то время как акмеологические факторы действуют в нём. Факторы являются субъективными, они имеют характер движущих сил. Акмеологические условия и факторы позволяют оптимизировать процесс саморегуляции негативных психических состояний, при постоянном психолого-акмеологическом сопровождении работников и проведении соответствующего мониторинга, по отслеживанию и корректировке личностно-профессионального роста.

This article analyzes acmeologic conditions and factors conducive to the achievement of professionalism andpersonality. Acmeologic objective conditions and include internal and external components, which organizes the harmoniousimplementation of the conditions of the employee. Termspreceded and formed parallel to professional development, while acmeologic factors act in it. Factors are subjective, they have the character of the driving forces. Acmeologic conditions and factors allow to optimize the process of self-regulation of negative mental states, with a constant psychological acmeologic accompanied by the appropriate personnel and carrying out monitoring, tracking and updating personal and professional growth.
