Правовые основы сертификации средств защиты информации

Abstract

An overview of the basic laws and regulations underlying the certification of data protection solutions in accordance with information security requirements is presented. The structure of the main systems of mandatory certification is considered. A comparative analysis of the legal aspects of organisa­tion of each certification system is made.

В статье приведен обзор основных законодательных актов и нормативных документов, лежащих в основе сертификации средств защиты информации по требованиям безопасности инфор­мации. Рассматривается структура основных систем обязательной сертификации. Проводится сравнительный анализ правовых аспек­тов организации каждой из систем сертификации
