
The work contains an analysis of natural and anthropogenic formation factors of urban Penza landscapes. It was carried out natural and functional zoning of city's territory. Also it was made the chart of modern urban landscape. It was estimated the changes of urban landscape's condition in various stages of city's development, by historicallandscape method. It was drown a conclusion, that urban territory of Penza can be divided into 7 historical landscape allotments, that are differ in history of development, naturalresource potential and tolerance to manmade. Take the special feature of evolution of such allotments into account we'll be able forecast landscapeecological situation, rational organization and urban landscape running.
Дан анализ природных и антропогенных факторов формирования городских ландшафтов Пензы. Проведено природное районирование территории города, функциональное зонирование и выполнена картосхема современных городских ландшафтов. Используя историколандшафтный метод, дана оценка изменения состояния урболандшафтов на разных этапах развития города. Сделан вывод, что урбанизированную территорию города Пенза можно разделить на 7 историколандшафтных выделов, которые отличаются историей развития, природноресурсным потенциалом и устойчивостью к антропогенным воздействиям. Учет особенностей их эволюции даст возможность для прогноза ландшафтноэкологической ситуации, рациональной организации и управления городскими ландшафтами.
