ОСОБЕННОСТИ СИНТЕЗА ЦИФРОВОЙ НЕЛИНЕЙНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ С ЭЛЕКТРОГИДРАВЛИЧЕСКИМ ПРИВОДОМ

Abstract

The method of synthesis of digital nonlinear control with an electro-hydraulic drive is proposed. It is based on the combination of the method of synthesis of the digital part of the system with a continuous prototype and the expert approach. At the first stage, the continuous regulator is synthesized based on known techniques. At the second stage, a transition to the digital regulator is performed with the help of the z -transformation and the difference equation is determined. The sampling period is selected at a frequency greater than the frequency that determines the bandwidth of the continuous electrohydraulic drive control system (its degree is determined by way of further modeling and evaluation of the results obtained). In the third stage, the modeling for digital control options with selected sampling frequencies and recalculated parameter values of the regulators is carried out. The example of the synthesis of a digital regulator with the use of electro-hydraulic control system is given.

Предлагается метод синтеза цифровых регуляторов систем управления с электрогидравлическим исполнительным приводом, основанный на сочетании метода синтеза цифровой части системы по непрерывному прототипу и экспертного подхода. На первом этапе синтезируется непрерывный регулятор на основе известных методик. На втором этапе происходит переход к цифровому регулятору с помощью z -преобразования, определяется разностное уравнение. Осуществляется выбор периода дискретизации при частоте, большей, чем частота, определяющая полосу пропускания непрерывной системы управления электрогидравлическим приводом (насколько большей определяется из дальнейшего моделирования и оценки получаемых результатов). На третьем этапе проводится моделирование для вариантов цифрового регулирования с выбранными частотами дискретизации и пересчитанными значениями параметров регуляторов. Приведен пример синтеза цифрового регулятора на конкретном примере электрогидравлической системы управления.
