В работе представлен перечень недобросовестных конкурентных актов в сфере прав на наименования мест происхождения товаров (паразитирование, имитация, дезорганизация), предложено внесение дополнений в текст статьи 1535 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации.
This paper presents a list of unfair competition acts in the field of consignment ’made-in’ reference (sponging off, making look-alike, disorganization), and suggests that amendments be made to the wording of the Russian Federation Civil Code, Article 1535.
