Формулировка критерия усталости, основанного на концепции скрытой энергии деформации

Abstract

Представлен обзор исследований по проблеме усталостной прочности и по измерению скрытой энергии деформации металлических материалов. Введен параметр поврежденности, характеризующий изменение скрытой энергии деформации. Зависимость этого параметра от деформации задается с помощью логистической функции. На основе данного параметра сформулирован критерий усталостной прочности. Конкретизированы параметры этого критерия и построены кривые критерия усталости. Дано сравнение с результатами опытов на осевое циклическое растяжение алюминиевого сплава.

The paper provides a survey research on fatigue strength and latent strain energy of metal materials. A damage parameter for variation in latent strain energy was introduced. The strain dependence of the damage parameter was specified by a logistic function. This parameter was used to formulate a fatigue strength criterion. The parameters of the fatigue strength criterion were particularized and stress-cycle diagrams were plotted. The results were compared with experimental data on axial cyclic tension of Al alloy.
