Методические подходы к оценке удовлетворенности потребителей продукции промышленного назначения

Abstract

Статья посвящена разработке методики оценки удовлетворенности потребителей продукции и услуг в целях организации эффективного взаимодействия компании с потребителями. Основное внимание уделяется значимости постоянного мониторинга удовлетворенности клиентов для повышения эффективности деятельности компании на рынке. Описывается алгоритм изучения потребителей и предлагается методика оценки удовлетворенности потребителей продукции промышленного назначения. Приводится пример практического использования данной методики на ОАО «Пневмостроймашина» и дается ряд рекомендаций для повышения эффективности анализа.
