Taking into account the topicality of the medical rehabilitation problem among patients with combined traumas of middle and (or) ulnar nerves in carpus and lower-third forearm regions, the epidemiology, the disability, the volume and quality of treatment measures and remote results at all stages of medical rehabilitation were thoroughly investigated and the classification of these injuries and their consequences was offered. The developed organizational and perfected operative techniques of medical rehabilitation in cases of combined traumas of trunk nerves, flexor tendons, vessels and their consequences enabled the improvement of functional results, the decrease in disability indices and thereby the reduction of economic losses.

В связи с актуальностью проблемы медицинской реабилитации пациентов с сочетанными травмами срединного и (или) локтевого нервов в области запястья и нижней трети предплечья изучена эпидемиология, потеря трудоспособности, объем и качество лечебных мероприятий, отдаленные результаты на всех этапах медицинской реабилитации, а также предложена классификация данных повреждений и их последствий. Разработанные организационные и усовершенствованные оперативные технологии медицинской реабилитации при различных вариантах сочетанных повреждений стволовых нервов, сухожилий сгибателей, сосудов и их последствиях позволили улучшить функциональные результаты, снизить показатели потери трудоспособности и тем самым уменьшить экономические потери.
