
In the article it is shown that the resource potential of regional interest groups allows determining the positions of actors in the political space and forecasting their dynamics. Different types of political resources at the disposal of the regional interest groups are analysed. Basic models for actors' behaviour conditioned by the availability of these or those resource types and volumes are presented.
В статье показано, что ресурсный потенциал региональных групп интересов позволяет фиксировать позиции акторов в политическом пространстве и прогнозировать их динамику. Анализируются различные виды политических ресурсов, находящихся в распоряжении региональных групп интересов. Представлены основные модели поведения акторов, обусловленные наличием тех или иных видов и объемов ресурсов.
