Домашняя среда и психологическое благополучие подростков

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема изучения домашней среды как важного источника поддержания психологического здоровья человека. Предлагаются результаты эмпирического исследования с применением авторской методики «Личностная релевантность домашней среды» на выборке российских подростков, находящихся в разных социальных ситуациях развития. Показано, что существует положительная взаимосвязь общих показателей дружественности домашней среды и уровня психологического благополучия подростков. Проанализированы модели домашней среды в зависимости от социальной ситуации развития. Авторами постулируются высокая значимость полученных результатов и необходимость дальнейшей разработки инструментов диагностики дружественности среды для поиска новых технологий поддержания психологического благополучия человека.

The paper considers the problem of home environment as important source of psychological well-being. The authors propose the results of empirical study with presenting the author's technique «Personal relevancy of the home environment» on a sample of Russian adolescents in different social situations of development. It is shown that there is a positive interrelation between the home friendliness and the level of psychological well-being of adolescents. The model of the home environment is analyzed depending on the social situation of development. The authors postulate the high significance of the results and the need for further development of diagnostic tools for a friendly environment to find new technologies to maintain psychological well-being.
