
Рассматриваются проблемы судебного контроля в уголовном процессе Российской Федерации, выявляется соотношение судебного контроля с правосудием, обосновывается целесообразность выделения судебного контроля в качестве особой функции уголовного процесса, определяются формы судебного контроля и стадии уголовного процесса, в рамках которых он осуществляется.Article is devoted to the problems of judicial control in the criminal process of Russian Federation, the ratio of judicial control with the justice is revealed, the expediency of allocation of judicial control as a special function of the criminal process is substantiated, the forms of judicial control and the stages of the criminal process in which it is carried out are determined.
