Abstract

Information Operations (IO) have 5 properties. From these basic properties are: 1. Property of injective communication of canonical and consumer aspects experimental IO. This property is manifested in paradoxical relations between experimental IO. 2. Property of fundamental nature of function of a measure. To any capture to the information from the nature (to the control, measurement, tests, etc.) precedes giving to the information in the nature (measure function). «You wish to take? At fi rst give!» 3. Property of error IO. This property is manifested in a error axiom. In that specifi c case the error axiom allows deductively and is axiomatic (not heuristically!) to gain formulas of a error for all IO (measurements, control, tests and others). 4. Property 8 of metrology experimental IO. According to this property for an estimation of accuracy experimental ИО it appears one metrology of measurement insuffi ciently. Are required 7 more (total 8) of metrology, including are required: a control metrology, a measurement metrology, a metrology of tests and others. These all together metrology represent a metrology of the informational operations a XXI-st century metrology ».
