В статье поднимаются проблемы эффективности таких форм предварительного расследования, как предварительное следствие и дознание. Предлагаются пути совершенствования уголовно-процессуального законодательства в части регламентации обозначенных форм предварительного рас-следования.
The article highlights the problems of efficiency of such forms of preliminary investigation as the prelimi-nary investigation and inquiry. The ways of improvement of criminal procedure legislation in the part regulating it in the designated form of preliminary investigation.
