Abstract

Results of treatment of 52 patients with pancreatonecrosis are studied, traditional methods of open drainage were used at 37 patients and 15 patients have been performed endoscopic miniinvasive methods of drainage of liquid clumps and postnecrotic cysts at pancreatonecrosis. The comparative analysis of results of treatment is conducted, tissue specimens of the treated patients are studied, mechanisms of formation of postnecrotic cysts and liquid clumps are tracked. Advantage of low-invasive technologies is established.
