Abstract

The task is set to reveal on the basis of the literary review and questionnaire the most significant distinctive features of fighters of heavy weight categories. Leaning on which it will be possible to build up the structure for the training of the heavyweight fighters in micro, meso and macro cycles. Research objective. Increase of the efficiency of training of the qualified sambo wrestlers of heavy weight categories.

Ставиться задача на основании литературного обзора и анкетного опроса, выявить наиболее значимые отличительные особенности борцов тяжелых весовых категорий. Опираясь на которые можно будет выстраивать структуру подготовки борцов тяжеловесов в микро, мезо и макро циклах. Цель исследования. Повышение эффективности подготовки квалифицированных самбистов тяжелых весовых категорий.
