Trends in modernization of business processes of the organization are discussed. Modernization is imperative in today's innovation society because evolution of management systems has come to a period of flexible emergency decisions. The process management approach has already been adopted by a majority of companies. However, the choice of business process elements and their automation will not bring expected benefits till mechanisms of effective control over these elements are identified. The purpose of business process modernization is to transform the enterprise in such a way that information age and ideology control requirements realized through the process approach are met. Malhoreusement, le choi d'elements des processus d'administration et leur automation ne praindront des avantages projetés, tant que les instrument efficaces de leur controle ne soient pas identifi. Le but de la modernisation des processus d'admimistration d'entreprise est la transformation d'entreprise, tant que les exigeances d'age d'information et du control ideologique auront été satisfé.

Рассмотрены направления модернизации бизнес-процессов организации, которая является крайне необходимой в современном инновационном обществе, так как в эволюции систем управления наступил период гибких экстренных решений. Процессный подход к управлению принят уже большинством компаний. Однако выбор элементов процессного управления и их автоматизация не принесут ожидаемых преимуществ, если не определены эффективные механизмы и средства контроля за этими процессами. Цель модернизации бизнес-процессов преобразование предприятия таким образом, чтобы оно в наибольшей степени удовлетворяло требованиям информационной эры и идеологии управления с точки зрения процессного подхода.
