Abstract

В статье анализируется ситуация, связанная с недостаточным воспроизводством трудовых ресурсов в нашей стране. Бедность населения «тянет» за собой такие демографические проблемы, как низкая рождаемость и воспроизводство трудовых ресурсов невысокого качества. Автор предлагает решать эти проблемы с помощью госрегулирования и в этом контексте определяет конкретные практические меры.

The article provides analysis of the issue of insufficient reproduction of human resources in this country. People's poverty brings about such demographic problems as low birthrate and reproduction of poor quality human resources. The writer suggests solving these problems by means of state regulation and defines a number of specific measures to be taken.
