Abstract

Рассматриваются закономерности формирования структуры и свойств эвтектического композиционного сплава, включающего в себя интерметаллическое соединение CuAl 2, при сварке в твёрдо – жидком состоянии. Установлено, что при этом образуются две поверхности сплавления с фрагментами паяного соединения. Участки несплошности ЭКС в эксплуатации становятся очагами образования отслоений и трещин, которые приводят к разгерметизации сварных соединений по поверхности диффузионной сварки и пайки.The regularities of the formation of structure and properties of the eutectic alloy composition comprising an intermetallic compound CuAl 2, when welding in the solid liquid.
