Abstract

This article deals with the current legislative issues of combating trafficking of human beings. The author analyzes the similarities and differences between the concepts of "personal freedom", "sexual exploitation of human", "violence against the victim", as contained in the Russian and international legislation about combating trafficking in human beings. In the presented article also described the correlation of Russian and inter-national legal instruments of opposing this type of criminal activity.

Предлагаемая читателю статья касается актуальных законодательных проблем борьбы с торговлей людьми. Автор раскрывает сходства и различия понятий «личная свобода человека», «сексуальная эксплуатация человека», «насилие в отношении потерпевшего», содержащиеся в российском и международном законодательстве, направленном на борьбу с торговлей людьми. В представленной статье также рассматривается соотношение российских и международных правовых средств противодействия данному виду преступной деятельности.
