Abstract

Proposed principles of organization of the rehabilitation system of people with various forms of dependency. A study conducted on 4 experimental groups that have passed, respectively, from one to four stages of rehabilitation. The calculations are based on the method of «cost-utility» in terms of the usefulness of QALY. Comparative analysis of costs and utility for each group showed the socio-economic effectiveness of the implementation of пациентцентрированной rehabilitation program. Proved the economic efficiency of the need to build a rehabilitation system of persons with various forms of dependency that is implemented in the format of continuous four-stage work.
