Abstract

To clarify the characteristics of life ticks Dermacentorreticulatus in a forest of Northern Zauralye observations were made for females reared in the laboratory, which for the winter were placed into individual cages and further intensive development phase feed using white mice. It was found that all experienced females successfully wintered, but laying eggs yielded only 77.8% of the individuals. Start laying was massive during the week, and lasted for 6-14 days. Favorable air temperature for oviposition was ixodids 15,4-24,9ºS. It was found that the larvae of embryogenesis, lasted 11-26 days and within 23 days to continue their way out of the egg. Power larvae lasted for 5-7 days, then within 11-22 days metamorphosis nymphs, and their output lasted 9-15 days. Power nymphs lasted 7-18 days, 13-36 days of the formation of adults. Definitive stage ticks appeared in nature, from 22 August to 4 September. It was found that in vivo in a season is possible to develop a generation of meadow mite, and the metamorphosis from egg to adult, and lasts from 69 to 161 days (median 115 days).
