
The article deals with problems of integration of quality management in the logistics activities of the enterprise sphere of technical services as a process of quality management of the supply chain. Offers a comprehensive approach to risk assessment process based on an adapted FMEA analysis. Shows the IDEF0 process model, identified risks and developed criteria for their evaluation
