Abstract

The author analyzes various approaches to the concept of tactical metod, as a basic category of criminalistics tactics. As a result of the research of tactical methods classification the author defines the concept of tactical technique and its classification as considers that criminalistics technique in crimes detection and investigation is not less important than tactical methods of criminalistics logic. The rules and the order of its application refer to tactical techniques.
