Abstract

An interaction of objective conditions, ideology and cultural-historical foundations in foreign policy of R. Reagan and G. Bush when they were presidents in terms of North-East Asia countries is analyzed in this article. Objective conditions are regarded as a policy cause, ideology – as its ground, cultural-historical factors – as its foundation, which consolidated all the politics elements and specified some of its peculiarities. Factors, which are common for all the elements, are specified in the article as well as factors determined specifics of individual elements.
