In this article the authors analyze the problem of the formation of national representation in Soviet Russia, and make recommendations on the use of the experience gained at the present stage of development of this institution

В представленной статье авторы анализируют проблемы становления народного представительства в Советской России и дают рекомендации по использованию накопленного опыта на современном этапе развития этого института
