Abstract

В статье характеризуются особенности применения технологии социального консультирования в работе с созависимыми членами семей алкоголиков, приводится опыт Ульяновской областной клинической наркологической больницы по решению проблем семей алкоголиков. Раскрывается сущность технологии социального консультирования, основной целью которой является оказание помощи клиентам в решении их социальных проблем и в налаживании межличностных отношений с окружающими. Подчеркивается, что такая консультативная деятельность позволяет членам семьи алкоголика расширить представления о себе и собственной ситуации, а затем пережить в себе свои новые возможности. Рассматриваются основные этапы технологии проведения очного социального консультирования в наркологическом диспансере: установление контакта, процесс сбора информации, обсуждение различных вариантов решения проблемы, обобщение результатов взаимодействия. Характеризуются результаты опытно-экспериментальной работы, проведенной в ГУЗ УОКНБ.

The paper characterizes the features of the application of social technology consultancy working with co-dependent family members of alcoholics, given the experience of the Ulyanovsk Oblast Clinical Hospital narcological to solve the problems of families of alcoholics. Reveals the essence of social technology consultancy, whose main goal is to help clients in solving their social problems and in establishing of interpersonal relationships with others. It is emphasized that this advisory activities allows family members to expand alcoholic vision of themselves and their own situation, and then go through a your opportunity. The main stages of the technology of full-time social counseling to the narcological clinic: reaching out, the process of gathering information, discussing various solutions of this problem, the generalization of the results of interaction. Characterized the results experimental work carried out in the hospital.
