Abstract

Правовой основой квалификации административных правонарушений являются их юридические составы, содержащиеся в нарушенной лицом правовой норме, которая может быть закреплена как в КоАП РФ, так и законах субъектов федерации, принимаемых по вопросам административной ответственности.
